SpaceX is once again ready to attempt the Flight 13 Starship launch test (IFT-13) after the unexpected failure last Thursday.

Same as in the first attempt, we are covering the 2nd attempt at Starship’s 13th flight test today (Now moved to Friday, July 24).

Flight 13 Update:

SpaceX has cancelled the Flight 13 attempt for today due to unfavorable weather conditions. The next Flight window is going to open tomorrow, Friday, 24 July, 5:45 PM Central Time or 6:45 PM Eastern Time.

SpaceX announced the delay on X, stating:

Now targeting Friday, July 24 for Starship’s thirteenth flight test, due to weather.

A key objective for the flight test is to get clear imagery from the ground of Starship’s heatshield as it flies at a higher dynamic pressure during ascent, which won’t be possible with today’s weather conditions. Visibility is forecast to be ideal for a Friday attempt.

Tune in to this page tomorrow for the latest updates and Live Streams.
