Tesla (TSLA) opened its first Diner in Hollywood, California, on Monday, 21st June. The exciting and unique design of this location has been circling the internet since its development earlier this year.
For Tesla electric vehicle owners, this place is a spot to relax, socialize, have food and fun while their cars fill up electrons in their batteries. The good news is, this Tesla Diner is open 24/7.
Both the interior and exterior of the Tesla Diner are designed in a retro-futuristic theme. This design language seamlessly blends with the company’s customers of the modern and metro-cultured California.
The first Tesla Diner in Hollywood is located at 7001 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038, United States.
The tech & AI electric automaker released a ton of photos and a video to showcase the design of the Tesla restaurant. Tesla enthusiasts visiting the place are also sharing footage of this place on their social media profiles.

Tesla designed a separate logo for its Diner spots. The logo shows a sign of electric shock which represents that you can charge your Tesla or electric vehicle at this location.
Interestingly, Tesla Diners like the company’s Supercharger locations are not limited to just Tesla cars or Tesla owners. Any electric car that has an NACS charge port or adapter can use the Supercharger stalls for charging at Tesla Diners while the driver/owner uses the restaurant and other facilities at the location.
The following videos of the inside of the Tesla Diner give a space movie vibe. It reminds me of the ultra-futuristic and distant planet diner locations shown in the Star Wars trilogy. This location of the Tesla Diner sits perfectly with the Hollywood space movie culture.
Tesla has installed large screens outside the Tesla Diner that show movies to Tesla and EV owners who don’t want to eat but only want to chill.
A Tesla fan and his family drove 6 hours just to visit the Tesla Diner in Hollywood. His family is truly enjoying the amazing experience, he says. Tesla Diner radiates a true Hollywood vibe in the daytime as well.
What’s even more amazing is that you can actually ask a Tesla Optimus humanoid robot to serve you popcorn at the Tesla Diner in Hollywood. Yes, that’s correct. You can see below that a kid asked Optimus to give her popcorn. Optimus filled the container and handed it back to the child.
What’s more futuristic than this? We’re living in the Back To The Future world and even better than what Robert Zemeckis predicted in the movie.
