Live Updates (Scrub Archive)

  • SpaceX stacked the upper stage Starship 33 on Booster 15 just this morning (less than 24 hours before the launch test)
  • Fully integrated Flight 8 Starship is loading propellant at the Starbase, Texas launch site (T -25 minutes and counting)
  • IFT-8 launch and landing test includes the catch of the Super Heavy Booster 15 and Ship 33’s soft splashdown testing in the Indian Ocean
  • Around 8 minutes remaining in T-40 seconds mark
  • SpaceX is working on one issue in the background
  • Flight 8 Starship has been further upgraded to stay integrated in space and does not end with a RUD like the Flight 7 Starship (Ship 33)
  • 4 mins 30 seconds to go for launch, still looking good
  • Propellant load completed on the rocket booster and the upper stage ship
  • Combined 11 million pounds of Liquid Oxygen+Methane (MethaLOX) on both stages
