Tesla (TSLA) has finally begun the rollout of FSD v13 to Cybertrucks and HW4 vehicles. However, this initial rollout is currently limited to early access group which mostly consists of retail investors, experienced beta testers, and Tesla YouTubers.

FSD (Supervised) beta tester, Chuck Cook reported on X (Twitter) yesterday that he has received the FSD v13.2.1 update on his HW4/AI4 Tesla Model Y and Cybertruck.

Tesla has deployed FSD v13 to Cybertruck for the first time. While the Tesla Community is waiting for the wide release of FSD v13.3 on HW4 vehicles, Tesla chose the Cybertruck limited beta testers with the FSD v13.2.1 (2024.39.15) update.

Chuck Cook also received the FSD v13.2.1 (2024.39.15) on his Cybertruck. Probably the first Tesla Cybertruck to get FSD v13.

Although Chuck is away from home for work, other FSD beta testers have started to post their first impressions. In the video below, we can witness FSD v13.2.1 driving this Tesla Model 3 from Point A to Point B unparking and parking itself at the destination. Tesla enabled park, unpark, and reverse park in FSD v13 (Release Notes here).

The newly-gained abilities of FSD v13 are further refined in the FSD v13.2.1. This update is apparently a prelude to the more complete FSD v13.3 that is aimed for the wide release. Tesla is holding the public release of both Holiday Update 2024 and FSD v13.3 for Hardware 4 (HW4/AI4) vehicles in the US & Canada most probably to bundle them in a single software branch and unified rollout.

Tesla has slowly started the rollout of the 2024 Holiday Update in Europe as a Tesla owner from Austria informed us on X. A slow rollout in Europe is also detected by the Tesla software tracking website TeslaFi.com. Of course, European Tesla owners are not goin to get the FSD v13 update yet.

Tesla owner notes that FSD v13.2.1 is even better than its previous version and he’s yet to find a flow in it.

Another Tesla owner logs his Full Self-Driving (Supervised) driving experience from the Lost Angeles Airport (LAX) to other areas of the city in dense traffic (around 70 miles).

According to Dan Burkland, FSD v13.2.1 was very calm and composed even when cut off by human drivers around it. Reportedly, this version of the FSD software has also reduced Phantom Braking but we need more data to confirm this claim as the FSD v13 rollout goes wide release expected this week or early next week.

Dan has posted a long post of his FSD v13.2.1 first impressions on X (Twitter) which shows that Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is paving way for Unsupervised FSD, which is expected to launch next year starting in California and Texas.
