Tesla (TSLA) has begun the rollout of the latest iteration of both FSD v13 and the Holiday Update 2024. Before Christmas, Tesla has released another fine-tuned FSD (Supervised) version 13.2.2.

Around 2 weeks ago, Tesla released this year’s Holiday Update for older HW3 cars globally. Earlier this week, Tesla announced that the Holiday Update will go out to HW4 owners in a few days. Tesla chose this weekend to start the rollout for HW4 cars with version 2024.45.25.5.

According to Tesla software tracking data on TeslaFi.com taken from more than 19 thousand vehicles, there are currently 182 HW4 Teslas have installed the Holiday Update 2024 and 82 are pending. We can easily call this a wide release as the number of installs is increasing significantly each hour.

As we predicted in our previous report, Tesla has bundled both FSD v13.2.2 and Holiday Update in a single over-the-air (OTA) software update version 2024.45.25.5.

HW4 Tesla owners in the United States and Canada were anxiously waiting for the Holiday Update 2024 as all of the HW3 cars received the new and improved features like Apple Watch integration around 2 weeks ago.

Cybertruck owners are also excited to try the new and interesting features and updates in this year’s Holiday Update. Chuck Cook was one of the first on X (Twitter) to announce that his Cybertruck has received both Holiday Update and FSD v13.2.2. His truck already had FSD v13.2.1 but Tesla decided to release a new version at the last hour before the Christmas holidays.

Tesla CEO and Technoking Elon Musk also posted on X to announce the wide rollout of FSD v13 to HW4 cars. Owners of the HW3 cars have to wait until they get the promised free retrofit upgrade probably in 2025 or even later.

If you haven’t tried the latest Tesla self-driving, you are missing out. It will blow your mind how good it is! Pure magic.
