Tesla’s VP of Investor Relations Martin Viecha confirmed on Friday that the company has completed the list of persons it’s going to invite for the upcoming Cybertruck Delivery Event.

Martin announced this on the Musk-owned social media platform X (formerly Twitter). “Random drawing has been completed. Good luck everyone! If you don’t know who to bring as your +1, don’t forget to invite a fellow community member. Invites will be out soon (ish),” he stated.

The entire weekend has passed after this announcement and Tesla investors, influencers, and enthusiasts are still waiting for their invitation emails. Tesla might start sending out invitations after the 15th of November i.e. around 2 weeks before the 30th of November Cybertruck Delivery Event day.

From the tweet of the Tesla (TSLA) head of investor relations, it’s clear that the investors were given priority for Cybertruck Delivery Event invitations. The 2nd in line were Tesla vehicle owners using the Referral Program to win an invite.

Tesla owners and investors have been posting interesting memes on X (formerly Twitter) that reflect their struggle with the waiting period.

Tesla has allowed the invited persons to take a +1 with them to the Cybertruck Delivery Event. Tesla enthusiasts are eager to be invited as a +1 if they do not get invited to the occasion.

Famous FSD Beta tester Chuck Cook asks to be taken as a +1 to the Cybertruck Delivery Event if he does not get an invitation from Tesla directly.

Last year at Giga Texas Cyber Rodeo, many Tesla enthusiasts were not permitted to the event because they did not have a pass or appeared as a +1 at the event.

On the other hand, Tesla Cybertruck fans and reservation holders are eagerly waiting for the event and posting a ton of spotting videos of the Tesla pickup truck on X (Twitter). Actually, as of this writing, the word “Cybertruck” is trending on X.
