Tesla (TSLA) has finally begun rolling out its awaited Full Self-Driving (FSD) v14 update for the Cybertruck.
Last month, Tesla AI Chief Ashok Elluswamy gave a tentative timeline for Cybertruck FSD v14 rollout, which the automaker is following.
FSD v14.1.5 (firmware version 2025.38.8.5) is the first v14 release for the Cybertruck (release notes below).
Tesla has shifted the firmware version to the 2025.38 branch for FSD v14 for the Cybertruck. The rest of the vehicle lineup is on 2025.32 point releases for FSD v14.

As of this writing, the rollout of Cybertruck FSD v14.1.5 is limited to the early access beta testers. Cybertruck owners outside of this early access group are also reporting getting FSD v14.1.5 on their trucks, but their numbers are also limited.
This is the first time Tesla has released FSD v14 for the Cybertruck to non-employees for testing. This circle will be limited for the next few weeks until the automaker gathers enough data, fixes bugs, and fine-tunes Cybertruck FSD v14.
The first impression reviews of the Cybertruck FSD v14.1.5 are looking good so far (covered in the upcoming post). So, there is a good chance Cybertruck would be updated to the upcoming wide release FSD v14.2 update.
